Orca Workshop is a 3D printer farm focused on low-volume manufacturing. (100.000 parts or less) Our services include rapid prototyping, reverse engineering, product design and development, manufacturing consulting, CAD/CAE services and custom production of end-use parts using composites and thermoplastics. Our arsenal includes various professional grade 3D printers with different additive technologies and our FDM/FFF farm is one of the largest in the region. Additive technologies available: SLA (Stereolithography) SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) FDM/FFF (Fused Deposition Modeling) We are capable of printing engineering grade materials and continous fiber-reinforced plastics. (carbon fiber, fiberglass, kevlar) Using a patented continous fiber-reinforcement technique, we can manufacture parts stronger than Aluminum 6061 with a fraction of their weight.
