Orchard Coaching’s mission is to create exceptional sustainably growing agencies through developing positive relationships using effective leadership with structure, clarity & focus. As the Agency Owner are you the centre of everything? Are you a bit unsure how to get to a place where you have managers and leaders who can develop the business without you around everyday? Orchard Coaching brings a strengths based coaching approach to developing your agency or business’ capability and capacity. I am acutely aware that you know your business and its context better than anyone. You’ve done amazingly to get your agency to this point. To transition your business through to the next level is likely to require a mix of coaching, mentoring and training. Coaching is powerful as we will guide you to make all the decisions through a structured approach plus will add in, when appropriate, mentoring and training. Services: Executive Coaching: One-on-one time with Charlie to provide you or another agency leader with the awareness and accountability to be exceptional or work on how to bring your vision to life (business coaching). As needed, we can use tools, resources or training to create the outcomes needed for you or your executive/s to either develop the business or for you to perform at the level needed. Team Coaching: Where the Leadership or Management team as a whole are coached to become aware of Why they exist, What they are meant to do it and for them to be guided to design How best they should work together to achieve their Why. Mentoring: including designing of your agency’s Leadership System for your next level up. Training: Group based sessions designed to upskill your managers or leaders. Often this is best done in parallel with coaching.
