We have the management resource capabilities to deliver complex building projects located in ‘logistically challenging’ areas across London and the Home Counties. Our projects vary from intricate façade retention schemes, extensive deconstruction and groundworks, steel/concrete frame construction, traditional new build residential properties, full M&E and lift installations, internal finishes, and fit-out in both residential and commercial schemes. All projects include Contractor Design elements such as M&E, bespoke joinery, and metalwork, roofing, and staircases of which we have considerable experience in dealing with both from a design and construction point of view. Our Directors have a wealth of experience undertaking work on listed and heritage works on both Grade 1 & Grade 2 buildings, some of which are the UK’s greatest landmarks in St Paul’s Cathedral, Windsor Castle, and Hampton Court Palace. We predominantly work with architects and cost consultants to deliver projects for private clients however we have both the ability and flexibility to work in any environment or contractual situation whether as the main contractor or as a contractor within a wider scheme.
