Ordered Motion Systems (OMS) is a quality-driven company that provides highly engineered products focusing on customer specific applications. We have experience in a variety of markets, manufacture to high quality standards, and take pride in our on-time delivery. OMS provides unmatched service before, during, and after the sale. We have engineered solutions for applications requiring telescopic cylinders, integral valves and system condition monitoring, large-bore, high-pressure, and long-stroke requirements. All products are designed considering ease of setup and maintenance, sustainability, and serviceability. OMS service group offers numerous field support services to maximize our customer’s productivity. These services include: preventative maintenance programs; system set-up, operating and maintenance training; rig-up and rig-down support; complete cylinder repair; field inspections; and on-site troubleshooting. Some of the industries we serve: Oil and Gas, Mining, Military and Defense, Off-Highway, Recycling, Material Handling, Presses, Waste Management, and Civil projects. O-Motion is on-track to complete ISO 9001 in May of 2015. All cylinders are tested 100%, meeting all ASME, ABS, DNV, NFPA, ISO, SAE, and API requirements. Each cylinder is individually serialized with material and process traceability; and every product delivered will have a Product Data Book included to document this information. OMS Engineering takes pride in: 25 years of industry experience; cylinder integration with the hydraulic system and application; FEA of components and assemblies; DNV, API, ABS design compliance; and solutions for extreme temperatures, sizes, and pressures. Manufacturing capabilities include: large turning equipment with live tooling; milling and drilling capabilities; MIG, TIG, and Sub-Arc Welding; high-pressure testing to 10,000 psi; up to 15 ton cranes; and on-site paint booth. OMS can manufacture cylinders up to 40" bore and 90' stroke.
