Australia is producing world-class consumer brands with the ability to compete on the global stage. We look for businesses with high gross margins in deep, growing markets and provide capital to help them realise their potential. Our name is derived from a belief that that alignment of interests can only be achieved when everyone is not only in the same boat, but travelling in the same class. We look to build a simpatico relationship with our founders, and where possible, invest alongside them via ordinary equity as co-owners of the business.
