Organization for Research, Evaluation and Afghanistan Development (OREAD) Background: Organization for Research, Evaluation and Afghanistan Development (OREAD) established in 2018 by elite Afghans aiming at assisting the Afghan community to be educated, live healthier and improve their quality of life, thus, pave the way for individual and community development that ultimately will lead to develop Afghan nation as a whole. The OREAD is a non-governmental, non-political, not for profit, non-religious, non-political organization. The OREAD was established in the year 2017 by a group of development professionals with the aims to empower Afghans to be educated, live healthier and promote the culture of research and evaluation. The OREAD is established with ministry of economy of Afghanistan under registration number 4452 on 24/06/2018.
