Background:
Organization for Research, Evaluation and Afghanistan Development (OREAD) established in 2018 by elite Afghans aiming at assisting the Afghan community to be educated, live healthier and improve their quality of life, thus, pave the way for individual and community development that ultimately will lead to develop Afghan nation as a whole. The OREAD is a non-governmental, non-political, not for profit, non-religious, non-political organization. The OREAD was established in the year 2017 by a group of development professionals with the aims to empower Afghans to be educated, live healthier and promote the culture of research and evaluation. The OREAD is established with ministry of economy of Afghanistan under registration number 4452 on 24/06/2018.

To provide superior quality healthcare services, education, evaluation and research to Afghan community.
Mission:
To help people of Afghanistan to build their country, delivering quality health, education and social services and promote their capacity to execute quality evaluation and research. The OREAD is to connect the Afghan professionals to make them more productive and successful.

• To support the development of the health sector
• To improve the evaluation and research capacity of Afghans
• To conduct quality research, evaluations and monitoring of health, education and social services in Afghanistan.
• To disseminate new knowledge through symposiums, conferences and publications in peer reviewed journals
