Oregon ALA

ALA – Oregon Chapter is a registered chapter with the Association of Legal Administrators, an international association with over 10,000 members world-wide. Our Chapter serves Oregon and Southwest Washington and currently has a membership of over 120 individuals. We are a dynamic group of legal professionals and offer scheduled monthly education sessions, ALA-sponsored teleconferences with nationally known speakers, and other educational programs that focus on finance, human resources, marketing, technology, and other operational topics of interest to the legal profession. In addition to these educational programs, the chapter provides several resources including the annual Survey of Compensation and Benefits, Resource Directory. Our Chapter also gives back to the community through various projects. Over the years we have contributed services, money, and materials to local and international groups in need. Most recently, our Chapter, in conjunction with a select group of business partners, assisted Humboldt Public School with material donations as well as on-site support in organizing their storerooms to more efficiently serve their teachers and staff.
