Oregon Coast Council for the Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization developing, promoting, supporting, and celebrating community arts on the Oregon Coast. In addition to its role as a regional arts council, OCCA also manages two venues - the Newport Visual Arts Center and the Newport Performing Arts Center.
OCCA believes that shared experiences and exploration of the arts help to create a more vibrant and culturally connected community. From its workshops and classes for both youth and adults, to hands-on mobile art experiences via the Oregon Coast Art Bus, to world-class entertainment and eclectic art galleries -- OCCA is vital to the coastal Oregon community.
