The Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation (JELL) is a student-run journal of the University of Oregon School of Law. JELL provides a forum for cutting-edge and groundbreaking scholarship discussing contemporary topics in environmental and natural resources law, including renewable energy, environmental justice, and international environmental law.
JELL publishes this scholarship to better inform practitioners, scholars, students, and government officials and expand knowledge within the field. JELL encourages students to become exceptional editors, writers, and scholars while serving an integral role at the University of Oregon Law School's nationally and internationally recognized environmental law program.
JELL began in 1985 and publishes one issue annually.
