FLORES is a Large-scale Partnership to foster offshore renewable energies within the pact for skills promoted by the European Union. This is an EU-funded project of15 partners across 8 countries in Europe. Wel focus on the spread of skills through dedicated training offers, promotion of careers in the sector, an observatory of ORE skills, and the promotion of enduring partnerships to ensure the long-term success of this initiative.
