Nos méthodes de production, fidèles aux pratiques anciennes, sont toutes artisanales et douces, afin de préserver la noblesse et l'originalité de nos cacaos.

We are a Swiss manufacturer of Cocoa and Chocolate Bean-to-Bar, based in Geneva, mastering all the stages of production of the chocolate from the bean to the tablet.
Manufactured according to ancient methods, our chocolate comes from roasted beans, crushed, refined and conched on stone in our Geneva factory.
The raw materials that make up our chocolates are totally respecting the principles of sustainable development, both for man and nature. Carefully selected by our sourcers, our cocoa comes from the best terroirs in the world.
