The aim is to establish a flexible and efficient Operational platform for the long term - within the organization. Start-up companies do not need someone full-time in Operations and Engineering management. Organ provide experienced outsourced & efficient "On Demand" COO position. We are integrated within the organization as a professional, well experienced and active implementation arm managing and operating the following activities partially or in full mode. Our services include: Engineering & releasing products from R&D towards production (NPI), Logistics, Procurement, Engineering and General Operations. More specifically: NPI (New Product Introduction): ► Engineering & Releasing products from R&D towards production ► Support in preparing the product for efficient productively production methods (by being combined within the development group in early stages) ► Prepare Master items catalog, Product tree, Bill of Materials, Production file ► Plan and purchase components for Beta and pilot production ► Manage document control (establish & maintain ECOs, Engineering Changes Orders) ► Support in preparing working procedures and technical specifications ► Prepare infrastructure for mass production Logistic & Purchasing: ► Choose and implement ERP system for the organization ► Define processes for inventory management ► Manage purchasing and inventory processes ► Import/Export processes ► Identify & choose vendors and sub contractors ► Contracts with vendors and sub contractors ► Perform domestic & international purchasing ► Plan and establish warehouse and distribution channels General Operations: ► Logistics and operations management of companies' mergers ► Transfer activities to outsourcing ► Cost reduction projects Experience with companies: Camtek, Lumenis, Orex, Ultrashape, Impulse Dynamics, Leortec, Cardiodex, Dune Medical, Flexicath, EndyMed, ActiViews, Tevet Process Control Technologies, Simgo mobile, Radvision, Check-Cap, Sensible Medical, Advanced Medical Diagnostic, Fertiligent.
