After spending almost 19 years working for Davitt Corporate Partners, a leading Corporate and Business Psychology firm based in Dublin, Ireland, Covid-19 happened. Problems and challenges present opportunities. I wouldn’t even attempt to guess how many times I have said this, or similar, in coaching sessions, or how many times I have written it in a report. What sort of person are you if you cannot follow you’re own advice? I don’t know is the honest answer, but I knew I had to try it. Covid-19 certainly presented the world with massive problems and challenges – you know what happened, you were there. Like most people, I was stuck working from home. Long story short, I decided to take the opportunity presented by the situation I was in and start my own company. My timing is questionable, but if you wait for the perfect moment, it will never happen. So, in the middle of a global pandemic, Organisational Solutions was born.
