The Chair of Organization and Innovation of the University of Mannheim is dedicated to the further development of #organizationaltheories and #organizationaldesign - especially at the interface with #innovationmanagement. Our research interests are in the fields of: · knowledge management · creativity and inventiveness · IP strategy · management and sociology of science · teams · entrepreneurial finance · women in STEM 💡 📚 In our projects we combine a quantitative-empirical research approach with theoretical insights from economics, management and behavioral sciences. Our research speaks to researchers, managers and policymakers. 🎓🌍 In our courses & seminars, we support students in developing a critical understanding of economic interrelationships in the area of organization and innovation. We prepare them to tackle future organizational challenges in a globally competitive environment.
