We handmake a range of custom-made lingerie, swimwear, and gender-affirming compression garments (like binders and gaffs) specifically tailored to support the trans and gender-diverse community. Celebrated for being the first company in the world to create fashion technology that removes the gender binary from undergarments, Origami Customs has become a global leader in non-medical gender-affirming care. In addition to our products, we provide free educational resources and thousands of free gender-affirming items through our Community Program, partnering with over 100 NGOs to support those facing systemic barriers.
