Origen Technology Limited was sold to Datacom in April 2014. Origen Technology Limited was formed in 1987 and has been providing quality software systems to Local Government in New Zealand since 1991. The current Origen Local Government suite has been in development since 1993 and has been maintained with new releases that include both legislative changes and new technological features. Today Origen can offer one of the most functionally rich Integrated Local Government financial, customer service and regulatory systems available. Our base in Tauranga provides us excellent road and air links to service customers throughout New Zealand.
