We are a team of passionate coffee lovers, dedicated to crafting exceptional washed and natural specialty coffees for our customers. We also use anaerobic processing to produce our washed and natural coffees, which are rich in flavor and full of bodied.
Our coffee is sourced from Guji, Yirgacheffee, Sidama, and West Arsi and produced by outstanding outgrower farmers in the highlands of Ethiopia. Our export dry milling facility is located in the town of Gelan, South of Addis Ababa providing us with direct access to effective sorting and cleaning process on a timely manner.
Our specialty micro lot is grown with the help of wet mill partners with other farmers to ensure that we have access to the highest quality coffee beans possible.
We also have expertise in micro-growing areas because they are so important to the future of coffee production. Micro-growers are often overlooked by larger companies because they can’t afford their own processing facilities or staff, but these growers still produce high-quality coffee!
