In latin “origo” means origin and we strive to provide coffee drinkers with the most pure and original tasting coffee through our unique roasting and brewing techniques. Our roasting house located in Berlin employs extremely gentle and slow methods of roasting. At ORIGO, we operate with unique roasting technology: we use less beans and lower temperatures to achieve our unique and superior taste.
Our coffee is produced exclusively utilising the traditional roasting process leading to the unique and full-bodied taste of ORIGO coffee products. We use drum-roasting stands to achieve the pure and unblemished taste that ORIGO is known for. ORIGO coffee is roasted and brewed very carefully to achieve superior quality and taste. That is how the unique taste of the coffee ORIGO is formed.
The most unique aspect of ORIGO coffee lies in the way we roast our carefully selected beans; our beans are roasted with the utmost care and attention in contrast to the industrially mass-produced beans of our competitors.
