A highly skilled workforce of 1500, working with us for over 25 years, produces over 45,000 leather garments & bags a month. They possess in-depth expertise in the craftsmanship of high-end luxury products. We own tanneries for lamb & goatskins, which work on skins sourced from India, New Zealand, South & North Africa, and Saudi Arabia. In addition, we source finished leathers from our tannery partners in Italy, Turkey, Spain, and India. Our upcoming state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in India with large-scale, flexible manufacturing capabilities, will increase our capacity to meet the unique requirements of our customers and provide high-quality, timely delivered products at a competitive price. Founded by Puneet Mangla in 1993, Shruti Mangla joined Orion in 2008. As CEO and COO they are propellers behind Orion’s path of excellence. Puneet oversees all raw materials procurement, design development and customer interface, while strategically aligning the long-term vision of the company with backward integration and capacity enhancement. Shruti, a leather technologist, plays an integral role in aligning all business units to achieve operational excellence. She heads design, product development, production, tanning & finishing, and has been the main force behind huge advancements in the quality and lean production.
