After this course, the participants will confidently be able to:  Forecast trend and seasonality using basic and advanced methods of time series including Holt Winter’s setup.  Forecast demand and market share regressing GDP, Bank Rates, Unemployment, Education Expenditure, Industrial or Retail Output, Population etc.  Forecast regressing customer service factors i.e. number of visits or number of service calls made to customers or retailers and sales promotions like advertising.  Forecast with more complex models combining regression with trend and seasonality both linear or nonlinear.  Advanced forecasting methods to study & strategize: o How your selling price movements affects sales (Price Elasticity - PE) o How your competitor’s prices movements affect your sales. (Cross PE) o How does advertisement affect sales in presence of PE & Cross PE?  Finally forecasting with PE, Cross PE, Advertisement with Trend and Seasonality for any product.
