Orioncap is a privately held commercial/residential real estate company based in Toronto, Ontario that specializes in discovering and acquiring the best investments in commercial development land, commercial retail space and land assembly. We take the outmost initiative to do our market research and due diligence before acquiring any investments. We have very precise parameters regarding cash flow and exit strategies that need to be satisfied before any acquisitions are made. In our early years we learned that in order to grow in this industry, a company has to be both financially and organizationally prepared to quickly adapt to market changes. By doing calculated risk analysis for every project, we aim to develop the most profitable income producing properties.
