Orisysindia Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Orisysindia Consultancy Services, working to improve the accessibility and quality of education across rural India. Orisysindia Foundation is a not-for-profit developmental organization envisioned to focus on improving the socioeconomic status of people associated with organized and unorganized value chain by providing appropriate training and employment. Over the years the organization has been ardently involved in delivering various skills development programs, which has bridged the gap between employability and employment and have enabled young people to find suitable employment and better work-life at their workplaces. Our aim is to provide latest technology training in Software, industry-relevant certifications and job assistance to the young minds, and the workforce of our country. The entry-level courses aim to impart employable skills, while the advanced-level courses enable an existing workforce to acquire skills for vertical and horizontal mobility, through a range of up-skilling and cross-skilling programs. We endeavor to help institutions and companies in choosing the “Skilled” person rather than the “best” person. Our training and assessments are designed by bearing in mind, the fiercely competitive world, where there is a desperate need for skilled and trained people.
