To address the funding needs of the SME sector we also provide loan against property to SME at attractive terms. This helps them arrange funds for business expansion as well as debt consolidation. With ORIX Corporation Japan, being the promoter, OLFS has the management bandwidth and the capital support to penetrate all revenues of the business, that are permitted for foreign owned NBFC's in India.
