ORKA'S seasonal menus are curated by award-winning wellness professional Nobin K.John & his team of aspiring culinary wizards. The menu features comfort dishes inspired from around the world made using sustainably sourced high-quality ingredients, designed to provide a nutritional balance without sacrificing taste.
More than half of the superfoods & produce used are directly sourced from sustainable-themed corporations locally & around the world with the intent to work to lower the carbon footprint on every plate served.
