The law firm of Orna Lin and Co. specializes in all aspects of Labor Law (Collective and Private Labor Law - representing employers as well as employees), Administrative Law and in representing doctors in criminal proceedings. Orna Lin founded the firm in January 2003 with the aim of integrating legal work with social action principles. The firm includes a skilled and professional team of 30 employees. The firm's team (most of which received its professional education and training at the firm), puts an emphasis on the provision of unique personal and professional counseling, based on deep, creative, interdisciplinary legal thought, while acting under the banner of professional excellence, thoroughness and devotion to the client. Along the years of its operation, the firm was responsible for a variety of legal precedents, both at the labor courts and at the Supreme Court, some of which led to substantive social changes. The firm has won the Israel Bar Association and D&B award of "Leader in Pro Bono Activity" for 2010 and 2011. A special emphasis is also placed in the firm on legal activity pertaining to women's rights and legal activity for promoting equality, and on pro bono legal services which the firm supplies to social organizations and individuals.
