Orpheus Pledge is a 21-day guided program to reduce tethering to devices and to help you reimagine your relationship witth technology. Pledge to disconnect from your devices in a meaningful and mindful way. Engage in short daily reflections grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy to stay accountable. Disconnecting isn't 0 and 1. It's impossible to completely cut out technology. Rather, redefine how you use your device(s) to refocus time, your most limited resource, and attention on things most meaningful to you. Our hope is that, once you are freed of the distraction of technology, you can live in more present, meaningful, and happy ways.
