The Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists is a statewide organization representing over 2,400 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and students.
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) have provided anesthesia in the U.S. for over 150 years. CRNAs are advanced practice registered nurses who have completed an accredited postgraduate nurse anesthesia program and passed a national certifying exam. By 2025, all programs will award graduates a doctoral degree for entry into practice.
