OSC Franchising is a company that awards franchises in the children’s sports coaching industry replicating the successful business model established in our sister company Onside Coaching. With a growing network of franchises the model is well established, and has a record of steady growth and profitability. The business is heavily endorsed by customer demand, has excellent margins and potential for expansion. OSC Franchising will award franchises, in return for a franchise fee, to people who can demonstrate an ability to replicate the Onside Coaching concept, manage the business of recruiting and training staff, as well as marketing and selling the services. The package is underpinned by a comprehensive booking and registration system that has been designed and built in house. It not only manages the customer booking and administration process for all clubs and holiday childcare places, it provides all staff with a live interactive register that helps to safeguard children and safely deliver activities. This, combined with established systems for all areas of the business, allows Onside Coaching Franchisees the unique ability run their business and focus on the things that make a difference rather than managing administration. All Onside Coaching staff are carefully recruited and trained. This ensures that they are not just coaches, but they are educators who understand the importance of their role whether it is working in schools or delivering holiday schemes. Similar training will be part of the franchise offering. Franchisees will be given a trading area, defined by post code or similar recognisable boundary, however territories may be very close together in city areas or further apart in rural areas. No further franchise will be awarded within a specified exclusion zone, although Onside Coaching will retain the right to continue to develop company owned areas. Our Franchise has been designed to comply with the British Franchise Association Code of Ethic.
