About One Step Closer Fund

The OSC Fund seeks to deploy investments from into early-stage companies with a direct path to positive and measurable impact in regenerative ag systems. The Fund believes in organic and finances companies with products and services along the entire agriculture value chain, ranging from farming to production, sales and marketing, distribution and upcycling. Companies must have near-term annual revenue potential of $1M - $3M. Proceeds are intended to provide a runway for portfolio companies to reach and close a Series A financing, and ultimately a liquidity event. The OSC community brings together the well versed advisor group to assist portfolio companies within the OSC Fund.
