The OSEI COLLECTIVE CIC is a non-profit registered in Ghana and England & Wales and regulated by the CIC Regulator, independent of any government funding.

To empower PWDs in Ghana to unlock opportunities.
We do this by working with our members, who are PWDs living in Ghana to; develop confidence through capacity building, secure meaningful employment and lead sustainable careers to achieve financial independence.
*GLOBAL VISION
To reshape how the world views and values persons with disabilities across Africa. Our vision is guided by the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Through our work as a collective, we aim to foster a paradigm shift shattering stereotypes, reducing stigmas and celebrating our members (extending across the continent) as a beacon of empowerment and independence.
Our vision advocates for the dignity of our members, promoting decent work and equity as part of our social impact agenda across the next 6 years towards 2030.
