Hi 👋🏽 I’m Jessica, a values based professional with a human-centred approach. Im the Founder of the Osei Collective - empowering Persons with Disabilities (PWD) in Ghana to unlock opportunities and create sustainable career paths, fostering their financial independence. My HR career has spanned over 12 years, living, working and successfully spearheading talent initiatives in the luxury fashion, tech and beauty space, across three continents in the world’s largest economies: Europe, Middle East and North America. Now, from Ghana, West Africa - I’m bringing my mission of igniting untapped human potential to fruition. I started the Osei Collective as a passion project in 2022, to address harmful assumptions and stigmas, break barriers, and create a space where PWDs potential is recognised and valued. I know the feeling of being devalued and overlooked at work, overcoming barriers beyond the glass ceiling to thrive in spaces that were not traditionally meant for me.With a deep commitment to breaking the cycle of social inequity, i’m dedicated to reducing barriers to work for marginalised identities.
