Our company performs 3-dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) modelling using Autodesk Revit and Archicad. Our work covers all disciplines, be it structural, architectural or building services (heating, cooling, ventilation, water, waste water, electricity). The processing can be done from sectional plans or from point cloud survey datasets. The appropriate level of sophistication is chosen between LOD-100 and LOD-400 according to the customer's needs. The different sectional plans are displayed in a model, so that the building is fully constructed virtually, facilitating the discovery, coordination and suggestions for improvement of clashes and design errors of each section. A further advantage of modelling is that it allows us to produce an accurate list of materials that the client can use during the preparation of the construction. Vállalkozásunk 3 dimenziós BIM (Building Information Modeling) modellezést végez Autodesk Revit és Archicad használatával. Munkánk kiterjed minden szakágra, legyen az szerkezet, építészet, épületgépészet (fűtés- hűtés, légtechnika, víz-szennyvíz, villamosság). A feldolgozás történhet szakági tervekből, illetve pontfelhős felmérési adathalmazból. A megfelelő kidolgozottsági szintet a megrendelői igényeknek megfelelően választjuk ki LOD-100 és LOD-400 között. A különböző szakági terveket egy modellben jelenítjük meg, így az épület virtuálisan teljesen felépül, elősegítve az egyes szakágak ütközésének, tervezési hibáinak felfedezését, koordinálását, javításra tett javaslatait. A modellezés további előnye, hogy általa pontos anyaglistát tudunk készíteni, amit a megrendelő használhat a kivitelezés előkészítése során.
