Osiris Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company focused on investing in—and unlocking the embedded growth potential of—overlooked, fundamentally sound businesses that have been impaired temporarily as a result of idiosyncratic disruptions. The impact of COVID-19 is one example of such disruptions. Our business strategy is to identify, combine with, and maximize the value of companies that currently lack access to the liquidity of the public equity markets and thus cannot realize their full potential. We will employ a fundamental, value-oriented acquisition framework that seeks a target with the potential for significant equity value creation, coupled with strong downside protection from dependable cash flows and a durable business franchise.
