OSK first began operations in 1963 as a small stockbroking company. From our humble beginnings, we evolved into one of ASEAN's largest regional investment banks by 2001. OSK Holdings Berhad was listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Securities Malaysia) in 1991. Today, we are a diversified conglomerate with business interests in Property Development and Investment, Construction, Financial Services and Investment Holding, Industries, and Hospitality. Our workforce comprises approximately 2,000 employees, with business operations spanning Malaysia and Australia.
