OSOtech Mechanical Plant was established in 1982. The company specializes in the production of parts and subassemblies for the automotive industry. Currently it employs nearly 80 people, more than 65 of whom are production workers. OSOtech owns modern and diverse machinery, which includes: • punch laser machine, • punching machine, • NC bending brakes, • hydraulic and eccentric presses, • automatic sleeve cutting machine, • tube bending machine, • as well as rolling mills, turning lathes, milling machines, drills, saws, welding machines, and state-of-the-art semiautomatic MIG and TIG welding machines. OSOtech is known for the quality of its products and timely delivery of orders and is certified with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Services The technologies used by OSOtech include: • cutting of sheet metal, bars, profiles and sections (laser cutting, plasma cutting), • machining – turning and milling, • plastic working – punching, stamping and bending, • welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The parts manufactured by OSOtech are mainly made of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, but also, depending on the needs and requirements of the Client, can be made of bronze, copper and brass.
