Osprey Relief Foundation

The Osprey Relief Foundation is a US veteran-led global disaster relief nonprofit (501c3 in the US) providing humanitarian & medical aid, EOD & 1st-responder training, MEDEVAC & international care coordination. We are an elite team of retired US military tier-1 special operations veterans (Delta Force, Navy SEALS, Army Rangers, Green Berets), highly-skilled first-responders, cutting-edge medical professionals, & a network of civilian technical experts & innovators, originally founded in 2011 by US Army (r) Mjr. General David Grange & Holly Grange, a US veteran herself & former State Representative of N. Carolina. Our organization has been back & forth to Ukraine regularly since the full-scale invasion in February 2022 — During which time we have implemented a highly sought-after mobile “Train the Trainer” first-responder course (EMT, EOD, Firefighters, Police, and Border Guards). Effects of the ORF Mobile Train the Trainer program are extraordinary due to the 10:1 training ratio, providing an exponential & incredibly impactful return (93->930->9300->93,000. . .) We have an unwavering support of federal & local Ukrainian gov't, and have been procuring donations & transporting tons of critical supplies to their EXACT "Point of Need." The Osprey Relief Foundation has also successfully medevac’d dozens of wounded (adults, children & neo-natal) volunteers, & frontline workers to hospitals, surgical, trauma, neuro, prosthetic & rehab centers in/around Ukraine, all throughout Europe, & the US -- in order to attain the highest levels of specialized critical care -- hand-in-hand with physicians & administrators of receiving facilities, while working closely with those respective countries’ embassies, governments, & local NGO’s/nonprofits. ORF has received personal testimonials, letters of recognition, and official requests for future support in 2024/25 from multiple UA ministries and high-ranking parliamentary members.
