Through OSSY, we increased job opportunities and helped retail professionals accelerate their career growth. We introduced a transparent, cost-saving recruitment approach that directly tackled staffing challenges, enhancing the overall candidate experience. My team also built a vibrant networking community where retail professionals could connect with colleagues and mentors, empowering them to advance their careers and share valuable industry insights. Although OSSY closed its doors at the end of 2024, the impact and connections it created continue to resonate.
