Osteria Giulia sprung to life in our imaginations as a tribute to Italian traditions of the past.
We wanted to create one simple, beautiful thing. Somewhere outside of your busy life, outside of your surroundings, outside of time. An environment, an experience, an entire evening.
Osteria Giulia is intimate, warm and familiar. We’ve reveled in her every detail. We’ve established a rarified menu focusing on Northern Italian cuisine and delicate coastal, Mediterranean flavour.
Giulia is a new imagining of what an Italian restaurant can be. It always was the place of our dreams, the reason for our collaboration, and the culmination of—and conduit for—our collective passion.
