OT Solutions, Inc. is a full service Information Technology Consulting company that has been in business since 2000. We specialize in Application Development, ERP Implementations and Support, Business Process Mapping and Business Intelligence and Information Management.
We are very different from other consulting companies on how we approach each project. We are extremely focused on delivering the best systems, using industry best practices, to our clients. The main difference lies in how we recruit consultants, and the resources we bring to the table. Most companies take a quantity (watered down) based approach in hiring, whereas, we take a quality based approach. We rely on referrals to hire our consultants. All of our consultants come from a referral of either one of our existing consultants, or a client. This gives us the benefit of having first hand experience with the personnel we hire, and we know how they perform on a day to day basis.
Our consultants are at the top of their field, and almost all of our existing clients have been brought in by word of mouth and very little marketing.
We also run a very efficient company and keep operating expenses to a minimum, unlike many larger consulting companies. This allows us to be very competitive in our rates.
We also have established ourselves as a leader in supplying remote services to clients abroad. We have many clients, both past and present, which have benefitted from our experience in remote development.
