Otalora Bio Castellar Overview
OTALORA BIO CASTELLAR S.L. somos Diego Pérez Ortega, Antonio Luis Pérez Ortega y María Inmaculada Ortega Reyes. La familia cuida desde hace 30 años de los olivos y las tierras de la finca familiar “Cortijo de Otalora”. Hemos intentado recuperar el ecosistema natural de la zona y hacerlo compatible con el olivar. Viendo los buenos resultados obtenidos, quisimos dar un paso más allá y en 2009 decidimos iniciar los trámites para la transformación hacia el cultivo ecológico. Tras 3 años de trabajo intenso y de reconversión, en el año 2013 obtenemos la Certificación Ecológica para el Cortijo de Otalora. En 2013 nos convertimos así en el primer olivar de agricultura ecológica de la Comarca del Condado.
