otarki is building a series of inclusive, sustainable and autonomous communities, in both urban and rural settings, powered by cutting edge technologies. We solve both the housing crisis and the cost of living challenges by providing an affordable living, while supplying all our neighbors' needs: from organic food to child care, to shared workspace to smart mobility and a green ecosystem. The Millennials have taken quite a hit. Between back to back recessions, pandemics, major climate shifts - it seems that the world is changing beyond recognition -yet our way of life, high cost of living, and break-neck speed seems just to be escalating. Our vision is that our community grows to be larger than the sum of its parts - each member contributing to the success of the neighborhood, with autonomous systems that eliminate the need for bureaucracy and redundant tasks. One monthly rent fee covers all living and maintenance services, eventually bringing the neighbors closer to owning an actual stake instead of throwing money away on rent each month. And everyone shares in the success and income generated by the sharing economy, with equal ownership and stable network.
