It is a beautiful work in progress and we want input from change makers around the world.

OTD 2030 is regular international meetings, a resource of best practice models and initiatives from around the world, no matter how small they are, will have practical steps on how to take positive risk, deliver person centred rural and remote aged support, LGBQTIA+, CALD leadership programs, positive psycho social support and a call to arms for our Elders.
It is also a collection of perspective of change makers, that will help on your learning journey, that is how change happens in a safe place.
Open the doors gives hope and encouragement to OPEN THOSE DOORS by 2030, in an egoless inclusive platform of global knowledge transference.
Did I forget anything? Yes.....
It’s a place for those who are infused with a curiosity, which makes them imagine a better way to ensure a life well lived for our elders yet don’t feel confident enough, or feel discouraged, to challenge current practice & systems or to speak up.
It is a place for those that hunger for change & believe that we can actually do it, to see what others do & know that we are not alone in your beliefs - that change is within our reach. #OTD2023
