OTED (Association of Hotel Cleaning Education and Decoration) started in March 1992, during a training seminar held in Istanbul Sheraton Hotel, by the housekeeping managers, such as Meltem MISIRLIOĞLU, Sezer ARIN, Oya SEMENT, Nursel Polat Öztürk and Nazmiye AYYILDIZ. After the positive opinion of approximately 500 colleagues was received, the first meeting took place in May 1992 with the participation of 35 people in Nippon Hotel and our Oted Association was officially established in 1995.
