OTESIA, the 1st territorial observatory for the positive impact of artificial intelligence
The fruit of a visionary collaboration between the Alpes Maritimes department and the Université Côte d'Azur, OTESIA is part of a collaborative and participative approach. It aims to involve all researchers, economic players, institutions and citizens wishing to contribute to :
- Model the impact of AI using economic, social, environmental and territorial indicators adapted to local specificities.
- Qualify the positive impact of AI by assessing its acceptability through participative working groups (businesses, professions and training, care, democratic life, etc.).
- Co-construct AI transformation tools to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
- Guide public policy with reliable data and relevant analyses, to inform tomorrow's decisions.
