Hi! I’m Cristal! I started baking sweet treats from scratch in 2019 just after returning from Ireland where my husband and I got married. It was in a castle, it was raining, and it was absolutely magical. Inspired by the freshest scones, breads, hospitality, and, well, pretty much everything the Emerald Isle offered us, I set out to recreate those rich and fresh flavors back home. Combining my love of whimsy and art with baked goods, I realized I could have my cake and eat it too! Other Side Cakes answers the question, “What’s on the other side of the rainbow?” The answer is so simple; love and cake!!! My cottage kitchen cakery is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
