OTL Conseils provides services in the following areas: Maritime and Commercial Law The Firm assists companies in legal advising, legal representation, drafting of contracts and company statutes, arbitration and negotiation, control and expertise on the upkeep of legal documents. Investors support The Firm assists its clients for their establishment in Benin and the OHADA zone (project monitoring and implementation of appropriate business units: joint ventures, subsidiaries, holding companies, branches, representative offices, etc.). Economic and Financial Law OTL CONSEILS works alongside with local and foreign economic actors in their financial transactions, in various fields of activity. This mission also includes audit procedures and expertise, drafting and negotiating of contracts, and all diligences related to these operations with administrations. Civil and Labour Law The Firm provides expertise in civil and labour law for individuals through consultations, assistance and representation during judicial or transactional resolution of the litigation.
