We're all about making solid progress, one playful step at a time, and intentionally boosting the capabilities of the individuals, teams, and organizations we partner with. At Otterly, our community dives into research with a playful rhythm we call the Otter Dance. Picture this as a lively dance, where otters and community members join paws to tackle challenges and create ripples of positive change. This approach is based on Participatory Action Research (PAR), which seeks to empower participants and engage them as co-researchers rather than subjects of observation.
