Our First Class is a mum and baby wellness facility that delivers fun and friendly wellbeing classes. We offer Baby Massage, Mum and Baby Yoga, Babywearing/Sling Fit classes and Messy Play sessions. Our primary focus is to deliver classes that focus on bringing mums and their babies together by providing some common ground to form a support network. Our classes have a range of other benefits which include helping to facilitate the formation of the bond between you and your baby. This is threaded through all of our classes by highlighting the need for touch and constant engagement with your little one. We also focus on the physical and mental benefits for both mum and bub through constant touch as well as a dip back into some form on physical exercise, postnatally.
