About Our Own Solar System
OOSS designs interactive, true-scale exhibits of the Solar System. These are highly-detailed diagrams, illustrating the Sun and its planets, as well as dwarf planets, asteroids, moons, etc. Every community needs a Solar System of its own, because they promote scientific literacy by correcting common misconceptions about the Solar System. There are two different models, both of which are walkable and affordable. The portable version can be used anywhere, and reused indefinitely. The permanent exhibit is customized to fit the optimal location in any community. The result is a cultural amenity that will fascinate and delight residents and visitors alike. It can be used to attract more people to a specific part of the community, such as a historic downtown area or a commercial district.
