OUR SHOULDERS FOUNDATION

Our Shoulder Foundation is a non-profit organization established in the year 2016, dedicated to fostering a community that can overcome poverty and achieve self-sufficiency, dignity, and independence. Through the comprehensive approach, we have identified six verticals of focus, which encompass Technical Skill Training, Vocational Skill Training, Health and Sanitation, Environment Sustainability, Nurturing Farmers, and Community Development Activities. By targeting these vital aspects, we aim to address the multifaceted challenges faced by underserved populations and pave the way for lasting positive change. A cornerstone of our success lies in our collaborative efforts with various Government departments and esteemed Corporate CSR partners. Notable collaborators include The Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board, The Department of Social Defence, The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, The Tamil Nadu Health System Project, and The Greater Chennai Corporation. Furthermore, we are proud to engage in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships with organizations such as Dover India Private Limited, Grow with Google, NASSCOM Foundation, and Malladi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited. Through these strategic alliances, we have been able to leverage resources, expertise, and networks to implement impactful CSR initiatives across our six verticals. Importantly, we remain flexible in our approach, ensuring alignment with the vision and mission of our CSR partners, even if it requires adapting our strategies to meet specific CSR needs.
